yep, i'm still here

I was reading through my old blog posts and it made me happy and sad! I am happy I was so good at blogging and documented so many fun things, but it made me sad that i've fallen off track and haven't blogged for so long. i really don't want to go back and try to "catch up", so i think i'll just start here and try to do better.
