I need a break....

...a blogging break!

Whew. The past few weeks have been a little crazy around here. Fun, but crazy. It all started with Nate's "surprise" birthday party from all the workers and residents of the Beehive Village. I tell you what, you haven't lived until you can say that you spent your 29th birthday at a surprise party with a room full of Octogenarians. Awesome.

Here he comes...get ready...

SURPRISE!!!

Boy, was he ever surprised :)

We nearly called the paramedics when all the residents lips started turning blue. But, no fear, just the blue icing.

Then we had a little party for him the next night at our house. It was a little more exciting than his "surprise" party, but not much. That party was hard to top, that's for sure.

Then, last monday, I got 3 wisdom teeth pulled, and two root canals repaired. It's been over a week, and they still hurt. Sorry, no pictures to document that dreadful event. Just imagine me with like 20 large marshmallows shoved in my cheeks. Pretty much what I looked like.

We went to the Museum of Natural History last week too. It was pretty fun. Except remember, Boogs is a wee bit of a scardey cat. So anytime we would go into a "dark" area, like the cave or the volcano, wait no, she wouldn't go near the volcano....right. But, when we were in the "petting zoo" area and they pulled out an albino snake of some sort, sure, she'll go right up to it and touch the nasty thing. What?!!? Silly girl. They wouldn't let us take a picture when the snake was out, or else I would have to document the momentous occasion. :) She pretty much wanted to play in the sand the whole time. Fun times.

Hello Hailey bug. Notice her 2 little teeth? So cute. She had fun, as always.

Like I said, we've been having fun. Fun with cousins that are here and visiting. The weather's been great. I feel this summer is going to be a busy one. Busy and fun. Can't wait.
